Justin, a Kansas native, has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 2 decades culminating in the management of major land projects throughout most of the major basins in the United States. He founded Arete in 2010, where he has led the company’s continuous growth into one of the preeminent mineral and royalty acquisition companies in the country. Justin is a notary and a Certified Professional Landman. He is a member of the AAPL, APL, NALA, MLBC, PBLA, HAPL, OCAPL and NARO. Justin now resides in Norman Oklahoma with his wife, four children, dog and cat… And did he mention four kids?

Tyler is a Pennsylvania native who specializes in GIS mapping and data management, and has worked on mineral acquisition projects since 2011 in multiple states, concentrating on purchasing mineral interests and managing title research projects. Member AAPL, NALA, and MLBC since 2008. Tyler now lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, Natalie and their son, Ryder.

Adam has been working as a landman in the oil and gas industry since 2008 and specializes in lease, deed and contract negotiation as well as project management. He has extensive experience throughout all aspects of land work, and brought his expertise to the Arete team in 2015. Adam is a Certified Professional Landman and a Louisiana Notary Public. Member AAPL, LAPL and PBLA. Adam lives in Lafayette, LA with his wife, Sara, and four children, Annabelle, Marshall, Wesley and Ruth.
